Select:

Donna Patterson, Otero Federal Credit Union: Donna answers all questions, greets all customers, accomplishes many tasks, always smiles, makes each person feel special, very knowledgeable.  She has gone above and beyond on many tasks that I have needed help with.

Select:

Shelly Morse, John D. Wheeler and Associates:  I was assisting my Mom with various medical treatments for my Dad.  As his medical conditions progressed, it became apparent that my Mother would need to have an official POA to allow her to sign for his various treatments and procedures.  I contacted the law office of John D. Wheeler and Associates.  My nominee quickly drew up the necessary paper work. I was totally taken away by the service I received.  Shelley went to my parent’s home, explained the documents, gathering signatures and notarizing the documents for them.  I was impressed with the service that I received on that day; this was exceptional service.  Therefore I believe Shelley is a great candidate for Associate of the Quarter recognition for going out of her way to provide service to my parents.

Select:

Lea Biancaniell, Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center:  None of us anticipate having to visit the emergency room or even encounter a stay in the hospital however, I recently encountered such an experience.  I had to rush my Dad into the emergency room, where he was soon admitted.  Lea was a ray of sunshine when she came in to take care of my Dad. Regardless of the number of patients she would be caring for, she gave each one special personal attention.  As my Dad’s condition began to slip, she was always there bringing a smile to his face.  If someone said he couldn’t do something, she would find away to make sure he could do something.  She was an angel in disguise and GCRMC should be very proud to have such a dedicated staff member to care for the patients there.  Unfortunately, my father passed away but Lea was there being positive and motivating for him to the end.  I am proud to have witnessed her compassion and care during this devastating time for me, and she is truly deserving of the Associate of the Quarter nomination, she truly loves what she does and cares about the people she helps.
