4 to 8 pm: Expo is open to the public
4:30 to 5:15 pm: Business Development Workshop 1
5:45 to 6:30 pm: Personal Development Workshop 1
6:45 to 7:30 pm: Business Development Workshop 2

10:30 to 11:15 am: Personal Development Workshop 2
11:45 am to 12:30 pm: Business Development Workshop 3

For Exhibitors

Participation as an exhibitor in the Spring Expo is an opportunity for you to:

  • Increase business awareness and credibility
  • Showcase your services and products
  • Sell products and services
  • Collect resumes & promote employment opportunities
  • Establish qualified leads and network with exhibitors and attendees

The purchase of a booth allows you to:

  • Host an activity/demo/giveaway throughout the day (please submit your activity to us for consideration prior to the event. Activity must be of significance and conducted at your booth. Please request the activity sign up sheet by emailing chamber@alamogordo.com or visiting our office at 1301 N. White sands Blvd.)
  • Advertise your business on our social media with a 30 second promotional ad. (The sooner you submit your ad, the sooner it will go up. This is for chamber members only.)
  • A standard booth is 6’ table with 2 chairs. Please bring your own tablecloths and additional items that will be needed. Electricity is provided at premium booth locations. Premium booths are equipped with two 6’ tables and 4 chairs.
  • Advertise current job openings. If your business is hiring, you may indicate this on your registration form. Your organization’s name will appear in a different color on the floor map at the event, indicating to attendees that you are currently hiring.

GEM Sponsor, $1200

  • Premium Exhibitor booth with electricity (two 6’ tables with 4 chairs)
  • Top billing name and logo recognition (attendee bag, signage, social media, website)
  • Chamber radio program recognition (Feb. 10 – Mar. 18)
  • Sponsor of one workshop/ seminar with a two-minute introduction of your business
  • Full page ad in Spring Expo Program (Must provide your own ad no later than March 6, 2020. Please email brittani.gandy@alamogordo.com for Ad Specifications)

Star Sponsor, $800

  • Exhibitor booth (one 6’ table with 2 chairs)
  • Recognition (attendee bag, signage, social media, website)
  • Your name announced ad a sponsor throughout the day
