SBA, in consultation with the Treasury Department, has recently released additional PPP guidance:
- SBA Guidance on Accessing Capital for Minority, Underserved, Veteran and Women-Owned Business Concerns (Released 1/6/2021)
- Interim Final Rule on Paycheck Protection Program as Amended by Economic Aid Act (Released 1/6/2021)
- Interim Final Rule on Second Draw Loans (Released 1/6/2021)

Small Business Recovery Loan Set to Open August 5th
Enacted by the New Mexico Legislature during the June 2020 Special Session and signed into law by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, this program allocates $400 million in funds to provide loans to businesses that are experiencing financial hardship due to the public health order resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please note that this is a loan program, not a grant program.
