Adam Hoppes

Executive Director

Adam Hoppes assumed the role of Executive Director of the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce in July 2026, having previously served as the organization's Office Manager. With 3 years of experience in the Chamber, Adam is deeply committed to strengthening Otero County's economy and expanding opportunity across the region. He is passionate about building durable partnerships between local businesses, military leadership, and civic stakeholders to position Alamogordo for long-term growth.

Since stepping into the role, Adam has led the Chamber's work on regional air service development at Alamogordo–White Sands Regional Airport. He oversaw the dedication of the Gateway Freedom Monument in July 2026, drew more than 400 attendees to the ceremony honoring the region's Air Force heritage, and assisted in the relaunch of Leadership Otero, a nine-session program developing the county's next generation of civic leaders. He also serves on the Military Alliance Council, sustaining the Chamber's partnership with Holloman Air Force Base.

Before joining the Chamber, Adam created SkyView2U a local UAS contracting company serving industries across New Mexico. Adam holds certificates from Clemson University's UAS program. Born and raised in Alamogordo he and his Wife are 3rd and 2nd generation residents to Alamogordo & Otero County.

Damian Anaya

Media Coordinator

Damian is an Alamogordo native who serves as the Media Coordinator for the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce, leading all digital storytelling, public relations, and modern marketing initiatives across Otero County and the Hub of Enchantment. Passionate about championing local commerce, he directs the Chamber’s dynamic media operations, managing everything from social media, content creation, and UI/UX web design to high-impact photography, videography, and original member spotlight series like Enchanted & Co.

Prior to joining the Chamber, he lived in Phoenix, Arizona, where he served as an Expansion Coordinator for Sigma Chi International Headquarters and also founded DA Marketing a full-service marketing and merchandising company serving southern New Mexico.

Damian graduated from New Mexico State University Main Campus in 2025 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and minors in Finance and Advertising. During his time at NMSU, he was deeply involved across numerous student organizations and campus leadership initiatives. Outside of the office, he is an active community advocate who enjoys baseball, exploring Southern New Mexico, staying involved locally, and spending time with family and friends.

Pearl Dill

Administrative Coordinator

Pearl Dill serves as the Administrative Coordinator for the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce, supporting daily operations, communications, and connections within the local business community. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Boise State University and brings experience in customer service, communication, and relationship building.

Originally from Oregon, Pearl moved to New Mexico with her husband, who serves in the United States Air Force. She looks forward to connecting with the Alamogordo community and supporting the local businesses and organizations that make the area a great place to live and work.

The Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce is an independent, non-profit business organization dedicated to serving Alamogordo and Southern New Mexico as the gateway to the Hub of Enchantment. As the premier advocate for our local business ecosystem, we work daily to cultivate a healthy, vibrant economy while protecting and advancing the interests of our members and the surrounding community.

Working in close partnership with local business owners, civic leaders, and educational and governmental partners, we are committed to improving quality of life, driving economic vitality, and supporting business expansion across our region. We bring businesses together to collectively accomplish what no single business owner can achieve alone.

The Chamber serves hundreds of local businesses and organizations across Otero County. We are governed by a dedicated Board of Directors who represent the diverse range of industries within our membership. Meeting monthly, our Board collaborates on key initiatives involving infrastructure, business development, community growth, education, and civic advocacy to build a stronger Alamogordo.
